"GETTING STARTED"

1. I will come out to analyze your site for design, view, land, sun direction, etc. All this will be important in design.
    
2. I will design ideas for you, also create a beautiful concept rendering and rough floor plan for your new home.
    
3. Once the rendering is done, we will move forward and get blueprints (or working drawings) with a collaborating architect.
    
4. The blueprints (working drawings) will be sent to building department, and permits will be ready for building. (Sometimes in some states building codes are a lot easier to get plans through).
    
5. Once everything has been approved the containers will be taken to container modifier who will add windows and doors, etc.
    
6. When the container is modified, it will be brought to site. Before container is brought to site, a 6" concrete slab with footings will have to be put down first. Then contractor will construct the rest of the building (plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, insulation, cladding, interior design, etc).
    
7. Project should take 3 to 4 months for completion.
